Escape to the desert in style and unwind amidst majestic mountain views at a condo that's walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and artist studios in Old Town La Quinta. Our upper-level condo is newly remodeled and includes all the comforts of home while offering an upscale feel. Most of the artworks are original paintings from a Southern California artist. There are 4 pools and spas in the complex that will be yours to enjoy.

Our outdoor patio has two chairs and a small table. It overlooks one of the pools and offers a peak of the beautiful Santa Rosa Mountains, too! It's a charming spot to work, enjoy a meal, or just unwind as you enjoy the sun.

The bedroom offers a luxurious King-size bed and large walk-in closet. Room darkening shades can keep the sunlight out if you'd like to sleep in as well as sheers for privacy and a ceiling fan for extra comfort. There's a 40” Smart-TV with full cable package and premiums. There's also a desk where you can get a bit of work done if needed.

In the living room, there's a gas fireplace below that is instant on for those colder winter nights. 48” Smart-TV with Spectrum cable and premiums. There's a comfy Queen size couch that pulls out into a queen-size bed.
